6-Month Free Shatter Insurance

We understand that accidents can happen, so we offer 6 months of free shatter insurance for accidental damage starting from the date of purchase. This coverage is automatically activated at the time of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Accidental Damage: If your Glass Water Bottle breaks due to an accident, such as dropping, impact, heavy pressure, sudden temperature change, or other unintentional damage.

2-Year Warranty

This warranty provides coverage for defects in material or workmanship for your Glass Water Bottle, valid for two years from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in Material or Workmanship: If your Glass Water Bottle breaks due to cracks, leaks, faulty caps, or other defects in the glass or components that are not caused by accidental damage or misuse.

How to Activate this Warranty:
Register your bottle by scanning the QR code on the hangtag or completing the warranty form on our website.

Key Notes

  • Each bottle has its own individual warranty and is limited to one warranty claim only (either shatter insurance or the 2-year warranty, cannot use both).
  • Once a claim has been processed, the warranty for that bottle is considered fulfilled and cannot be used again.
  • Shipping outside the US may require additional fees, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
