After my bottle fell onto a concrete gym floor and the cap shattered (but the bottle itself was fine!), I needed a new cap for the bottle. This is that! It works! I'm very glad I don't have to replace the whole bottle and can just buy a new cap.

My bottle cap broke accidentally after a small knock. I contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful and organised a replacement cap. It fixed my bottle to new again. I truly have never interacted with a customer service team who were better than this. They were polite, professional and fixed the problem! You can't ask for more. Many thanks!

I ordered two caps since the rubber ring pops out easily. That’s how I lost the ring to the original cap. I do wish they sold a multi pack of just the rubber rings. It would be nice for my investment in the bottle to last me longer and I don’t end up with a bucket of caps.

We don't think much about when caps work, but we get upset when they don't. In my early days with Purifyou (circa 2017), I went through a bunch of caps as they would leak. Finally, I got a keeper. Then my bottle broke in 2023. (After many unscathing falls, the bottle finally cracked when it fell in the gym and a glass part of it hit the weight bench.) Fast forward to my new bottle, I dropped it again and broke the cap. I needed a replacement cap and so ordered this one. As with the original cap of my most recent bottle, it does not leak and the handle's loop makes it easy to carry and open the bottle. Good accessory for a good bottle.
