Amazing!

This is my first ever glass water bottle, and, oh my gosh, it is so much better than I anticipated! The water tastes so much different than it does in plastic bottles! Truly a wonderful product, and a great company to also offer a surprise free two-year warranty upon arrival. Thanks a ton! 🥰

Fantastic bottle, fantastic company

I LOVE this bottle. Water tastes so much better than it did in my old metal bottle. I know that there is no lining potentially made of PFOAs and other plastics. It is easy to drink out of, although you do have to unscrew the top (a little tricky on a spin bike, but totally doable). The bottles are NOT indestructible, but the customer service is out of this world. I managed to drop my bottle on a driveway and it smashed. I wrote the company and got a reply from Elaine the same day. They replaced my bottle! AMAZING!!! A wonderful company and a wonderful product!

Great customer service and warranty

My bottle arrived with a hairline crack and I received a replacement easily. Be sure and complete info for warranty. I get a lot of inquiries about the bottle also. Love it.

Addendum: cap

I wrote a review earlier, but one more point occurred to me: with many bottles or jars with screw-on lids, you have to make sure the threads are properly aligned first, by screwing backwards a bit until you feel the threads drop into place. However, with these bottles, it's almost impossible to have a mismatch. You can simply put the lid on and start screwing it on, and it will almost always be properly aligned. Beautiful!
